Rental Rescue came in and took over after the client's "handyman" had abandoned the project.  With no function bathrooms and a completely empty kitchen, we came in and rehabed the property.  The goal was to increase the rental income while providing a safe and comfortable property for the tenants.  Along the way we upgraded many features to achieve this goal.  We came in at budget and within days of the promised timeframe.  The house is currently for rent at $2150  month, which is more than anticipated at the start of the project.
